This silk shawl is handwoven and will come with some irregular & variety yarn depth and knubs/small lumps, and may have some irregular texture due to its handwoven nature. The edges are not smooth and expect handwoven irregular edges. This listing is ONLY available in off-white/natural silk shawl color, but you can choose any text color.

1) Select # of scarves you'd like to order
2) In "personalization box", please include your text color choice along with your message
(no more than approximately 120-130 letters split into 4 lines, let us know if more and we can work something out)

** Please be sure that the messages are correct. We handpaint the messages onto the scarves based on the message given **

We use a permanent, washable, non-fading and non-toxic textile paint (made in the USA). Textile paint are available in many colors, even metallic silver, pewter, gold, true gold, bronze, brass, copper, rust, shimmery white, and many other shimmery colors! Our script artist is done by Mary, who is a professional Calligrapher, Illustrator, and Fine Artist. There are no tracing or stencil used, all customized script scarves are hand-painted using a brush.

Care Instruction:
Hand wash in cold water with silk detergent.
No bleach. Line dry or dry flat preferred.
Optional: iron on silk setting on back side to smooth crease.

**Please note: These are hand-painted script on scarf. Each individual scarves are unique and may not look exactly like the photo. The colors may look a bit different due to monitor settings. Our turnaround time is updated regularly in our FAQ section.

Turnaround Processing Time (update regularly)
**Almost all of our products are made-to-order and custom made with your personalized message and preferred fabric & script colors.**
List of products turnaround time (for orders between 1-4 items):
-Most viscose/acrylic blend scarves on shelf turnaround time: 3-5 business days
-All pocket squares: 3-5 business days
-Most 100% cotton gauze scarves/shawls (white, cream, navy, ash gray, charcoal gray, purple, royal blue, baby blue, turquoise, teal, lime green, flag green, fuchsia, and black on shelf): 4-6 business days
- 100% silk scarves: 1-2 weeks
-Message in a mini bottle: 2-3 business days
-Printed design scarves: 1-2 weeks prior to shipping
All other products' turnaround time is as shown in each listing at this time but may be shipped sooner.
All 100% Cashmere scarf & Shawls and pashmina/silk turnaround are 1-2 weeks. No rush order available for 100% Cashmere scarf & shawl at this time.
